aiheadshots.io offers AI-generated headshots based on user-uploaded photos. The platform utilizes artificial intelligence to create digital portraits that resemble the uploaded images.
Due to the inherent nature of AI-generated images, results may include imperfections or artifacts, and likeness may vary. Users are expected to adhere strictly to our photo submission guidelines to ensure optimal results. Depending on the purchased package, you will receive a set number of images, from which a few are typically of high quality.
We reserve the right to modify, improve, or suspend the service at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age of digital consent in your country to use our services. If you are under this age, you must have parental or legal guardian supervision and consent.
3. Personal Information
All personal data provided to aiheadshots.io will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
4. Copyright and Usage Rights
User Rights: You retain all rights to the photos you upload.
Generated Content: aiheadshots.io retains rights to the underlying AI model and generation process but grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the generated images for personal and commercial use, provided the photos you upload are of yourself or you have the necessary permissions.
Uploading images of individuals without their consent is prohibited.
5. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products
By purchasing a digital product and proceeding with AI generation, you:
- Consent to immediate fulfillment of the service.
- Acknowledge that you forfeit your 14-day statutory withdrawal right as per Swedish distance selling regulations for digital content once generation has begun.
6. Copyright Infringement & Takedown Policy
If you believe your copyright has been violated or misused, please contact us immediately at support@aiheadshots.io. We will review and respond in accordance with applicable Swedish intellectual property laws.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by Swedish law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek resolution through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be settled in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
8. Data Ownership and Privacy

9. Payments and Billing
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information. Breaches of our terms may result in service suspension.
